1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers located in Germany. When you access the site, the server processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time, page requested and amount of data transferred). This processing serves to provide and secure the service on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are not merged with other data and are stored only for a short period.
3. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
4. Contact form
If you send me enquiries via the contact form, I process the data you provide (name, email address, subject and message) for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) and/or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).
The message is delivered to me by email; for email delivery I use the provider Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Your data is not used for advertising purposes and is deleted once your request has been fully processed, provided no statutory retention periods apply.
5. Reach measurement
This website uses a self-hosted, cookieless reach measurement. On each page view only the following data is recorded in aggregated form: the page visited, the language version, a coarse device class (desktop/tablet/mobile) and — where present — the referring domain.
No cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device (§ 25 TDDDG). Your IP address is not stored, no user profiles are created and no cross-site tracking takes place. Identification of individual persons is not possible. Your browser's "Do Not Track" setting is respected; in that case no data is recorded at all. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a privacy-friendly statistical analysis).
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact info@davidpospisil.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
